This exercise promotes engagement of the extensors of the trunk, pelvis and legs
1. Lie on your stomach with your arms outstretched overhead
2. Simultaneously lift your arms and legs up about 6 inches off the floor.
o It should feel as if you are reaching and lifting in both direction. (Forward with the arms and backward with the legs)
3. Hold as directed
