A solution to your joint pain- Hook lying Elbow Abduction

1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor pointed straight ahead.

2. Place a strap around your knees so they are hip width apart.

3. Place another strap around your elbows so your elbows are shoulder width apart.

4. Place your arms above your chest with your elbows bent to 90 degrees.

5. Place your knuckles on the side of your head at your temples.

6. Press your knees apart against strap throughout the exercise.

7. At the same time press your elbows apart against strap then release.

8. Repeat as directed.
